From The Wedding

  • Take 16th Avenue EAST and go approximately 3 blocks until you get to 16th Street
  • Turn LEFT onto 16th Street
  • Stay on 16th Street until you get to 6th Avenune (IL-92 East). Cross this street and there are two places to park: The parking garage on the corner of 16th Street & 6th Avenue and the parking lot to the left just across 6th Avenue.
  • There are two entrances: one in the back off the parking lot and one around the front of the building.
  • The University Club is on the second floor

From Illinois

  • Take I-74 / I-280 West until you get to Exit 5A
  • Take EXIT 5A to stay on I-74 West towards Moline
  • Take EXIT 2 - 7th Avenue
  • Turn LEFT off the exit onto 7th Avenue
  • Go 4 blocks and then turn RIGHT onto 16th Street
  • The next street is 6th Avenune (IL-92 East). Cross this street and there are two places to park: The parking garage on the corner of 16th Street & 6th Avenue and the parking lot to the left just across 6th Avenue.
  • There are two entrances: one in the back off the parking lot and one around the front of the building.
  • The University Club is on the second floor
From Central & Southern Illinois on I-74
  • Stay on I-74 until you get to the I-80 / I-280 interchange
  • Continue on I-74 West and I-280 West by taking the SECOND EXIT
  • Follow the directions above
From ChicagolandApril 21, 2010 22:3810 22:19li>Take EXIT 1A - I-80 East towards I-74 / Peoria
  • When I-80 splits and heads towards Chicago, Take the I-74 / I-280 WEST EXIT towards Moline / Rock Island
  • Follow the directions above
    • From Chicagoland on I-80
    • Stay on I-80 West until it meets up with I-74.
    • Stay STRAIGHT here to continue on I-74 / I-280 towards Moline / Rock Island - do NOT take the exit to remain on I-80 West
    • Follow the directions above

    From Iowa on I-80

    • Stay on I-80 East until Exit 298
    • Take EXIT 298 - I-74 East towards Davenport
    • Cross the bridge into Illinois (home of the Fighting Illini!)
    • Take EXIT 2 - 7th Avenue
    • Turn RIGHT off the exit onto 7th Avenue
    • Follow the Illinois directions from the 5th bullet

    From the Hotels (Stoney Creek & Radisson)

    Walking may actually be your best bet here, but ether way here's how to get to the reception:

    Stoney Creek
    • Turn RIGHT onto River Drive
    • Go approximately 1 block and turn LEFT onto 17th Street
    • Go 2 blocks and turn RIGHT onto 5th Avenue
    • If walking, go a block and a half and you will be at the front enterance
    • If driving, go 1 block and turn LEFT onto 16th Street
    • You have two places to park: The garage to your LEFT on the corner of 16th Street & 6th Avenue or the parking lot to your RIGHT just past the buildings.
    • There are two entrances: one in the back off the parking lot and one around the front of the building.
    • The University Club is on the second floor
    The Radisson
    • Turn LEFT on River Drive
    • Go less than 1 block and turn RIGHT onto 15th Street
    • Go 2 blocks and turn LEFT onto 5th Avenue
    • If walking, the Unversity Club's front enterance is just ahead to your right
    • If driving, go 1 block and turn RIGHT onto 16th Street
    • You have two places to park: The garage to your LEFT on the corner of 16th Street & 6th Avenue or the parking lot to your RIGHT just past the buildings.
    • There are two entrances: one in the back off the parking lot and one around the front of the building.
    • The University Club is on the second floor
